What you need to know

As young professionals we may not have as much experience within the workplace.

Meaning we have less experience and knowledge knowing our rights in the workplace.

The new employment legislation came into effect on 6 April 2024.

Young professionals are most likely to get bullied and harassed due to their lack of experience and expertise.
